Rezwan Siddiqui

Rezwan find interest in climate change, social entrepreneurship, urban human ecosystem and youth empowerment. He believes in nature centric development, rather focusing narrowly on financial and structural expansion only. Currently, he is serving as Lecturer at East West University. He is also a researcher at Urban Studio of the University of Dhaka. He was awarded the Local Pathway Fellowship by the UN Sustainable Development Solution Network (UN SDSN-Youth). Previously, He worked at BRAC University, Yunus Centre, Centre for Urban Studies (CUS) and in other research and academic institutions in the different capacity. He founded SDG Lab to platform debate on SDG in relating to the local and regional development policies. Rezwan holds two masters’ degree: MA in Environment and Development from King’s College London, and MSc in Geography and Environment from the University of Dhaka. He is also a Chevening scholar and serving as a board member of Disability Rehabilitation and Research Association (DRRA).
